JamZone A/S is shutting down. 

After more than 9 years in the business, JamZone is shutting down. The company board decided this due to issues around the cost of running the JamZone estate, Skotfoss Brug. 

Sandell Audio Labs will take over the techical department. 
Sandell Media Labs will take over the video and journalistic department.
Big Hound Records will take over the commercial music production.
